Delete your Promptly account

Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open the Me tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@promptly.aalveli.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your profile: username, display name, bio, vibe and profile picture
• Every message you sent, and your AI images, photos and voice notes
• Your friendships, friend requests, trust levels, blocks and mutes
• Reports you made, and reports made about you
• Your notification devices and your image generation records

What stays

• Messages other people sent stay in their chats. A one-to-one chat with you becomes read-only for the other person, and groups carry on without you.
• Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for a short time before they're overwritten.
